Training program for the footballers that will be absent.

Training program:

Due to the footballers being in the Army, this means they may have to go away on exercise or various other commitments. However, they will still be required to perform upon their return, therefore I have produced a booklet that details what is required from them and it also gives the underpinning knowledge of why they are doing what they are.

Below are screen shots of the booklet I produced to cover the 8 footballers whilst they were absent for a week, this book will also be given out to the whole team and can be used for future referencing.
